The Green Bay Packers’ offseason has been a focal point of many discussions.

Aaron Rodgers has declared that he intends to play for the New York Jets, but that deal hasn’t yet been finalized.

With Jordan Love as the Packers’ presumed starter in 2023, the team will move forward, building their roster around him.

The NFL Draft is soon approaching, and many around the league have targeted the Packers, assuming they will draft at least one new offensive weapon.

Aaron Wilson, an NFL reporter, has recently shared that the Packers are bringing in Cole Tucker for a meeting.

As Wilson explains, Tucker worked out for the Chicago Bears just one day before meeting with the Packers.

In his final season at Northern Illinois, Tucker had 45 receptions for 632 yards and four touchdowns.

He did play five collegiate seasons and looks to enter the NFL with that experience under his belt.

While Tucker didn’t participate at the NFL Combine, he does profile as a similar build of wide receiver that the Packers typically look for.

Tucker is listed as 6-foot-2, and 195 pounds.

Typically, the Packers tend to draft taller receivers, as evidenced by Christian Watson, who was drafted in 2022, and measures in at 6-foot-5.

Should he be drafted by the Packers, Cole would join a young receiving corps in Green Bay, one that is begging for some veteran leadership.

Allen Lazard was signed by the New York Jets in free agency, leaving the Packers’ receiving room that much more depleted.

How will this Packers offense perform in 2023 in their first season without Rodgers in nearly two decades?
