The Indianapolis Colts are one team that needs an upgrade at quarterback.
They have not had a franchise quarterback since Andrew Luck retired.
One spot they can look for their next signal-caller is in the NFL Draft.
The Colts will be selecting fourth overall, and one of the top quarterback prospects is expected to be available.
We know the Carolina Panthers are picking a QB first overall, but after that remains a question.
You would think the Houston Texans would take a quarterback second, but that is still up in the air.
For the Colts’ sake, they hope only one quarterback is off the board when they are on the clock.
According to Ian Rapoport, the Colts are hosting Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud.

While there is a slim chance Stroud is on the board at No. 4, the Colts want to be prepared for any possibility.
Also, it is still a possibility that the Colts try to trade up to ensure a player like Stroud.
But, Indianapolis should run to the podium to select Stroud if he is on the board.
Another option the Colts could go with is trading their first-round pick for an experienced QB.
The star quarterback up for grabs is Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens.
He is looking for a massive contract and will go to any team that is willing to pay him.
No matter what the Colts decide, they need to make a move at quarterback before this offseason ends.
