The Miami Dolphins made the playoffs in 2022, despite many injuries to their roster.
Tua Tagovailoa’s concussion issues sidelined him for a few games and he is sorely missed.
Tagovailoa found success early in the season, with special thanks to Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, his top two receivers.
Waddle broke the rookie record for receptions in 2021 and also had a fantastic season in 2022.
Despite his success, Waddle is determined to have an even better year in 2023, as evidenced by his offseason training.
Delfonte Diamond shared a recent clip from his training, highlighting Waddle’s speed and athleticism.

How much can Waddle improve this year, after another impressive season in 2022?
While he took a slight step back in terms of overall receptions in 2022, Waddle made every catch count last season.
He amassed 1,356 yards and 8 touchdowns, success that was found despite sharing the field with Hill.
Both players posted top-10 receiving numbers in 2022, a number that’s likely to continue this year, especially if Tagovailoa stays healthy.
Tagovailoa has an upward trend as the latest reports indicate he will be ready to start Week 1 for the Dolphins.
Even with healthy Tagovailoa and elite performances from both Hill and Waddle, the Dolphins will face an uphill battle this season.
The AFC East has only gotten tougher this offseason, given the addition of Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets.
How far can this team go, with the number of obstacles they will face throughout the year?
