Last season, the Buffalo Bills and NFL fans around the world witnessed something on the football field that no one wants to see, with safety Damar Hamlin collapsing on the gridiron and almost losing his life as a result.
It was a scary moment that everyone wanted to put behind them, especially Hamlin, who is determined to start his NFL career fresh in 2023 and put that moment behind him for good.
On Tuesday, Hamlin took another promising step toward resuming his football career in the NFL, as he was seen in uniform on the field as a full participant in practice during OTAs, according to Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN via NFL on ESPN.

This is a great sign for Hamlin and the Bills, as the two sides try to move forward and the near-fatal event last season, which would’ve been sad and tragic for everyone involved had it ended differently.
Along with having Hamlin healthy and ready to go, the Bills are expected to be a force to be recognized with in the AFC once again this season.
Buffalo may have missed out on the opportunity to bring in Odell Beckham Jr., who ended up with the Baltimore Ravens, and have yet to bring in DeAndre Hopkins, but the team did land a talented tight end in the NFL Draft in Dalton Kincaid and remains one of the most powerful offenses in the league.
It’ll be interesting to see how everything comes together in the AFC this season, but the Bills should be in the mix as a potential title contender.
