After being dominated by the Buffalo Bills throughout the entire game, the New England Patriots decided to cut their losses, effectively conceding the final two minutes of the Thursday Night Football contest.

Although 14-point comebacks are rare in the NFL, a losing club will not often give up.

The Patriots had all three of their timeouts, and neglected to use them.

This is primarily due to the spectacular play of Josh Allen and the Bills, as well as the offensively poor offensive performance that the Patriots put together.

The Bills Dominate, From Start To Finish

The Patriots scored the first touchdown of this game, and at one point, led the Bills, 7-3.

However, just seconds into the second quarter, Bills quarterback Josh Allen connected with wideout Stefon Diggs for a touchdown, making the score 10-7.

Allen later connected with Gabe Davis for another touchdown, followed by a Devin Singletary rushing touchdown.

When it rains, it pours for this Bills offense.

They have been quick to score this season, and are currently the second-highest-scoring team in the NFL, with 27.8 points.

Coupled with the fact that the Bills defense only allows 17.4 points per game, they are a force to be recognized with in the AFC this season.

In this game against the Patriots, Allen threw for 223 yards and two touchdowns and added another 20 yards with his legs.

While Patriots quarterback Mac Jones had a decent game on the stat sheet (22/36 for 195 yards and a touchdown), the defense was the one to let them down.
