The Carolina Panthers will look much different in the 2023 season.
After acquiring the first overall pick in the NFL Draft, they are going all-in on their next quarterback.
It remains to be seen who the Panthers will take but the two leading options seem to be CJ Stroud and Bryce Young.
But, it would be wise for the Panthers to have some good talent around their franchise quarterback.
After trading wide receiver DJ Moore, the Panthers are struggling at receiver.
It appears that they plan to address the issue through free agency.
Carolina has already added Adam Thielen to their roster, and he is a solid veteran player.
But, that was not the only receiver they added.
Ian Rapoport says the Panthers have agreed to terms with wide receiver DJ Chark.
The #panthers aren’t done adding on offense, agreeing to terms with WR DJ Chark on a 1-year deal, sources say. A complete remake of the Carolina offense is underground, and Chark will be a big part. As will their new rookie QB. pic.twitter.com/MUJkUI2PyF

It is a one-year deal for Chark who is coming off a down season in Detroit.
But, he has shown he can be a very good player in the league.
His best season came in 2019 when he recorded 73 receptions, 1008 yards, and eight touchdowns.
Chark is a solid WR2/3 and should be a solid option for whatever rookie the Panthers draft.
While the Panthers are in rebuild mode, they might be able to compete in the NFC South.
That is the worst division in football, and the Panthers already have a good defense in place.
If they can get solid play from their quarterback in 2023, they might be able to surprise some teams.
