The Indianapolis Colts finished the 2022 NFL season with a 4-12-1 record.
This meant that the Colts were in a position to have the fourth-overall pick in the draft, setting them up in a favorable position.
They selected Anthony Richardson, who will likely be their Week 1 starter at quarterback.
While Richardson will be a welcomed addition to this roster, the team has targeted additional positions in the offseason.
As the team has recently announced, they have signed Michael Tutsie to a contract, an undrafted free agent at the safety position.

Tutsie played at North Dakota State University for five seasons.
In those five years, he racked up 338 total tackles, 11 interceptions, and two forced fumbles.
NDSU has produced two top-five draft picks in the last 10 years, those being Carson Wentz and Trey Lance.
While this isn’t necessarily a large, football-producing university, it’s clear that they instill a winning mentality.
Will Tutsie be able to make an NFL impact, as many undrafted free agents have done before him?
Historically, the Colts have fielded one of the league’s best defenses.
Last season, however, the Colts allowed 24.7 points per game, the fifth-highest total in the league.
Adding a young player like Tutsie could be a breath of fresh air for the team, provided that he pans out as expected.
The AFC South could prove to be one of the league’s most intriguing divisions this season.
With the potential for three new starting quarterbacks, the slate has been wiped clean, making the race up for grabs yet again.
