The Green Bay Packers will have a franchise-altering decision to make this offseason.
What they are going to do with Aaron Rodgers is the talk around the league.
Rodgers has been waiting to decide what to do with his future.
He could either retire, request a trade, or come back to Green Bay.
But, Shannon Sharpe thinks the Packers should move on from the legendary quarterback.

Rodgers has held this franchise host for the last two offseasons.
His play on the field is no longer worth the off-field drama.
Last season, Rodgers threw for 3,695 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.
It was a down season for the star quarterback, as Green Bay failed to reach the postseason.
Now as he enters his age-40 season it would be wise for the Packers to trade him.
They have Jordan Love waiting in the wings, and he deserves a chance.
In two seasons, Love has played in 10 games and started only one.
Green Bay selected him in the first round for a reason, it is time to see what he can do as the unquestioned starter.
Also, the Packers should be able to get a nice package back for Rodgers.
Some picks and NFL starters might suffice in a deal for the QB.
They can build a good roster around Love and his low salary cap hit.
Green Bay has to know Rodgers’ career is coming to an end.
So instead of letting him retire, they should try and trade him to a quarterback-needy team.
