The New York Jets are off to a great start thanks to the stellar play of their cornerbacks this season.
While the group is full of youth, that youth is paying off for the team this season.
The play from the Jets cornerbacks is raising the eyebrows over at Pro Football Focus.
They put out a tweet showing how good the secondary is this season.
So what exactly are the Jets and their defenders doing right to get the attention of PFF?

Sauce Gardner, who’s the Jets’ rookie first-round pick this season, ranks second among all NFL corners.
They also have the ninth and 15th ranked corners in the NFL in DJ Reed Jr. and Michael Carter II.
With the Jets having these shutdown corners, it’s becoming difficult for offenses to pass against them.
Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills found this out in Week 9, when the Jets secondary held him to 205 yards and picked him off twice.
The play of the cornerbacks gave them a shocking upset win over the Bills.
However, some will continue to doubt the ability of the Jets to keep winning games.
While there are doubters, Robert Saleh, the Jets’ head coach, is keeping receipts of those who doubt them.
With three of his corners making the top 15 of the PFF rankings, Saleh has one more receipt to prove how good his team is in 2022.
