While most NFL teams are focused on Anthony Richardson — and rightfully so — the QB might not be the only future star coming out of the University of Florida this season.
Offensive lineman O’Cyrus Torrence has gauged some interest lately, and he made some interesting remarks in a conversation with NFL.com’s Tom Pelissero.

Torrence had an All-American season for the 6-6 Gators, rising on several draft boards after transferring from Louisiana.
He’s a physical specimen and tough guy, and he’s already met with the Tennessee Titans, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints.
And while he’s not exactly athletic or fast, Torrence claims to be the most dominant offensive lineman in this year’s class, adding that he could be a Day 1 starter with a relentless work ethic.
Torrence is listed at 6-foot-5, 336 pounds, and his 8.13-second time in the three-cone drill at the NFL Scouting Combine was far from impressive, to say the least.
But he did establish himself as one of the most prominent guards in all of college football, excelling in the SEC and the Senior Bowl to grant himself a spot on several draft boards.
He also became the first guard in program history to be named a consensus All-American, so there’s no reason to think his game won’t translate to the pros if given the chance.
