Despite plenty of speculation that he would join a club at some point, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. ended up sitting out the entirety of this season.

As far as next season, anything seems possible, and according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, it’s possible he ends up with the Buffalo Bills because of a connection he has with Adam Henry, their new wide receivers coach.

Henry has spent several years around the NFL and the NCAA as a wide receivers coach for multiple teams prior to joining the Bills.

One of those prior pro teams was the New York Giants, where he and Beckham spent a couple of years together.

Back then, Beckham was one of the very best wideouts in the league, and many opponents feared his world-class speed downfield.

He put up at least 1,300 yards and 10 touchdowns while making the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons, but an ankle injury limited him to just four games in 2017.

Beckham joined the Cleveland Browns for the 2019 campaign, and although he suffered an ACL torn the next season, he helped them reach the playoffs for the first time since 2002.

He again suffered a torn ACL last season, this time in the Super Bowl as a member of the Los Angeles Rams, who he joined after the Browns waived him in early November.

The Louisiana State University product may not have the same type of physical gifts he used to due to his ACL aids, but he should, at the very least, be able to provide some team with a situational wide receiver in 2023.
