The 2023 NFL Draft will feature several intriguing quarterback prospects, and perhaps any of them could turn into franchise cornerstones.
There is Bryce Young of Alabama, CJ Stroud from Ohio State, Kentucky’s Will Levis, and Florida’s Anthony Richardson.
ESPN will broadcast a series that will follow all four of those signal-callers, as well as the Manning family, and it will premiere on Monday, April 10.
ESPN has announced the launch of “On the Clock” — a series following top QB prospects and Archie, Peyton, and Eli Manning ahead of the NFL Draft.

Of those four prospects, Young may be the most attractive one, and many expect him to be chosen with the No. 1 pick, which belongs to the Carolina Panthers after they acquired it from the Chicago Bears in a big trade.
He appears to be a good pocket passer and has decent mobility that allows him to evade defenders, and he won the Heisman Trophy in 2021, a season in which he threw for 4,872 yards and 47 touchdowns.
However, plenty of people are concerned about the fact he is listed as just six-feet tall (he’s likely a bit shorter than that) and a shade under 200 pounds.
Stroud, who is 6-foot-3 and 214 pounds, has been a very accurate passer and has also protected the ball well to the tune of just 12 interceptions over the last two seasons.
Levis led his Wildcats to the Citrus Bowl last season, where they defeated the University of Iowa, while Richardson has become a more viable prospect after reportedly impressive teams during interviews at the NFL Combine last month.
Only time will tell if this will turn out to be one of those legendary drafts in terms of franchise or Hall-of-Fame signal-callers.
