The Indianapolis Colts head coaching search has given fans plenty to worry about.
With the team keeping fans on the edge with their next head coach, the end looks near for the Colts.
According to Adam Schefter, the Colts are locked in on Shane Steichen.

The hiring of Steichen gives fans plenty to talk about, as his team was in Super Bowl 57.
While he has experience coaching an offense in the Super Bowl, one fan feels his team’s Super Bowl run was on the back of a soft schedule.
Did the Colts see the lack of talent on the Eagles regular season and post season schedule this year? I’d guess a lot of the Eagles success was due to playing bad teams all year long.

One fan worries about how hiring offensive coordinators from the Philadelphia Eagles haven’t worked out before.
That worked out well the last time Indy hired an Eagles OC after a SB appearance

While fans have a mix of reactions on the hiring, there was one fan who enjoys the hiring.

However, one fan is upset Steichen got the job over an offensive coordinator who won multiple Super Bowls.
How does the guy who looses the SB get the Job but the OC who has proven multiple SB wins can’t?

While it’s a fair question, other fans were just happy the Colts didn’t hire Jeff Saturday as their head coach.

Hiring Saturday as the next head coach was a major concern for fans, as he got a second interview based on his relationship with the team.
With him in the past, fans are looking forward to what the team can do if they land CJ Stroud in the 2023 NFL Draft.
I’m happy about it. He did great with Hurts and now he will have Stroud

While the Colts have the fourth overall pick, they can trade ahead to land any quarterback they want.
With their new coach set for 2023, fans now hope they can match their new coach with the right quarterback.
