Philadelphia Eagles fans will have a tough time getting past Super Bowl LVII.
They were arguably the best team in the league during the regular season and most of the playoffs; they had then the most stacked roster, and they had Andy Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs against the ropes.
That late-game holding call prevented Jalen Hurts from getting the ball with something around two minutes left on the clock to either tie or win the game, but that flag changed it all.
And even though Eagles CB James Bradberry admitted that he did actually hold JuJu Smith-Schuster, that admission of guilt hasn’t been enough for Eagles fans and conspiracy theorists to let this subject go.
Recently, NFL insider Jeff Howe pointed out how Cal Chefers’ crew had gone 576 snaps without calling a defensive holding penalty, going three straight games without such a call, with some fans using that information to reaffirm there was some funny business right there.

For years, sore losers and bad gamblers have claimed that the league is rigged, although they’ve provided absolutely zero evidence to back up that claim.
Notably, a script league would most likely favor the big market team, so I can only wonder why the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys have gone nearly three decades without winning a Super Bowl.
I mean, the guy admitted that he held him, and the rules state that a holding calls for a penalty and a first down.
