For decades, the world of professional sports, from players to executives to agents, has been an exclusively male-dominated arena.
That has especially been true in the NFL, a league and a sport that has always been seen as the most male-dominated of all.
But star quarterback Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles may be starting to change that.
He has a management team that is completely made up of women, including his agent Nicole Lynn, who helped him land a five-year contract extension that will be worth a record $255 million.
Congratulations to Jalen Hurts for becoming the highest paid player in NFL history and his agent Nicole Lynn for negotiating.

In this day and age, as American society is becoming increasingly more modern, there are more opportunities than ever for women to get involved in pro sports, even in men’s leagues.
Years ago, the NBA hired the first female referees in any major American pro sports league, and the NFL followed suit in 2015 when it hired Sarah Thomas to be its first full-time female official.
But it was actually over half a century ago when Violet Bidwell became the league’s first majority owner of a team, and Georgia Frontiere became the second in the late 1970s when she took over the Los Angeles Rams.
Hurts had a breakout campaign in 2022, making the Pro Bowl for the first time while leading the Eagles to the Super Bowl.
There, he threw for 304 yards and a touchdown while adding 70 yards and three touchdowns on the ground, but unfortunately for him, Philly blew a 10-point halftime lead and lost on a last-second field goal to the Kansas City Chiefs.
