With the start of NFL training camps for 32 teams right around the corner, attention turns to the 2023 NFL season and which teams could be legitimate Super Bowl title contenders across the league.

Many teams have made a lot of noise during the offseason as they’ve done everything within their power to put together a talented roster, with the Baltimore Ravens and New York Jets possibly the most-talked-about franchises due to the moves they made.

Although the Ravens and Jets look like two teams that might be able to contend during the 2023 campaign, there are a few others expected to be forces to be recognized with, like the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, and Buffalo Bills.

All those teams mentioned are the obvious choices to be title contenders, but there may be a sleeper out there that has flown under the radar, and Michael Lombardi believes that team is the Cleveland Browns via The Pat McAfee Show.

Last season, the Browns only got six games out of their new face of the franchise under center in star quarterback Deshaun Watson, and things didn’t go all that great, as he split those games with three wins and three losses.

With the Browns investing a ton of money in Watson to be their starting quarterback for the foreseeable future, a lot rides on his play moving forward, but many believe he’ll bounce back with more time to get familiar with his surroundings and new teammates.

Although it is a stretch to say the Browns are a title contender right now, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that they turn out to be one if Watson gets back to form and the defense plays up to its potential in Cleveland.
