The Tennessee Titans could be a whole different team by the start of the upcoming NFL season.
Some around the league believe they’re ready to move on from superstar running back Derrick Henry, but he might not be the only veteran to leave the team at some point in the offseason.
There has been plenty of speculation regarding Ryan Tannehill’s future with the organization.
He hasn’t exactly been lights out for them, and the fact that they drafted Malik Willis also raised some questions.
But Tannehill still gives them the best chance to win right now, which is why HC Mike Vrabel would love him to be on the team come Week 1.
Vrabel stated that he fully intends Tannehill to be their QB.
However, he did add that he cannot make predictions in March, as things can change quite fast in this business, maybe referencing what happened with AJ Brown last season.

Needless to say, Titans fans didn’t waste a second before making their own conclusions and assessments, and it doesn’t seem like they think Tannehill will be their starter going forward.
Starting for Baltimore.

If they had the cash and the willingness to do so they could really create trade value for Ryan if malik showed he was a yr away.

@CoachVrabel50 @RanCarthon @Titans I heard it’s a hailstorm in Maryland. How about we do some evacuating!

He doesn’t want to make the same mistake like when he said AJ Brown wasn’t going anywhere

Willis looked at least one year away from being ready in limited action last season.
The Titans have a strong defense and play in a somewhat winnable division, so they might not be ready to just give up and hit the rebuild button right away.
But as things stand now, it seems like most of their plans will hinge on whether Tannehill is on the roster or not.
