The Las Vegas Raiders have been one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL this season.
One person who gets a lot of blame for their 2-6 start is head coach, Josh McDaniels.
Deservingly so, McDaniels has not been good this season coaching a Raiders team that was supposed to be a playoff team.
The Raiders added Davante Adams, and Chandler Jones in the offseason, yet have somehow gotten worse.
In the 10 years before Josh McDaniels arrived, the #Raiders lost 0 games they led by 17+ points and were shut out once.

The worst game of McDaniels’ tenure this season was last week against the New Orleans Saints.
It took Las Vegas until the fourth quarter to cross midfield on offense.
Plus, they were shut out for the first time this season.
For being an offensive-minded coach, it sure seems like the Raiders have one of the worst offenses in the NFL.
The NFL is a cold business, some coaches no longer get multiple years to start having success.
It seems like a strong possibility that McDaniels could be done after this season.
The offense for the Raiders is broken.
McDaniels does not scheme up enough plays for Adams, who should be getting 8-10 catches every game.
Last week, the star wide receiver touched the ball two times for two yards.
McDaniels’ Coaching Career
His first stint as a head coach came in Denver where McDaniels took over the Broncos in 2009.
He only lasted 28 games in Denver before being fired with a record of 11-17.
Maybe McDaniels is just cut out to be a head coach.
He has struggled with two separate teams in that position but has had plenty of success as an offensive coordinator.
The Raiders are not going anywhere this season, but if McDaniels wants to keep his job the Raiders must be competitive.
