The Washington Commanders are in hot water after a spokesperson came out with a shocking statement.
In the statement, the spokesperson used some very tasteless tactics to distract people from an investigation into the franchise.
This then led one person to call out the Commanders for this statement.
So who’s calling out the Commanders and what is so horrible about the spokesperson’s statement?
Agent Calls Out Commanders Spokesperson
NFL agent Ryan Williams posted his response to the statement of the Commanders, a statement the Commanders released regarding the DC AG making a press conference on Thursday.
With this spokesperson, and his using of the shooting of RB Brian Robinson as a distraction, Williams had enough.
Up until an hour ago, the Commanders handled the Brian Robinson situation with so much care, sincerity and class. And I was so grateful for all of it.

While he notes there are “some great humans” working for the Commanders, he says the person making this statement isn’t one of them.

The sickening part is how this person uses a tragic event to attack a person investigating the franchise.
While this spokesperson is using the sad facts of crime in DC, it’s tasteless and sickening when they say this to distract people from the Commanders’ misdeeds.
No player or person should be a pawn in an investigation, which is exactly what this spokesperson did regarding Robinson.
Using his tragic shooting, which almost cost him his career, makes him a pawn to the Commanders.
However, no one should tolerate this behavior, which is why Williams spoke up about this tasteless statement.
