Tom Brady announced his retirement last week, which caused a storm across the NFL media.

He has made an immeasurable impact on both the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, considering that he brought Super Bowl victories to both organizations.

This morning, Buccaneers are celebrating an anniversary, one honoring Brady and his time with the team.

Brady won his Super Bowl final two years ago, which was the Buccaneers’ first since 2002.

In this game, Brady threw for 301 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions en route to a 31-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Many believed that he should have retired after this game, considering his dominance, and he could end his career on top.

However, Brady came back for two more seasons, and his last career game was a blowout loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

Yesterday, Brady announced that he will be in the broadcasting booth in 2024, rather than in 2023, as was expected by many.

Before the 2022 season, Brady signed a ten-year contract with Fox Sports, and fans will be able to hear one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history break down various games.

Although we will have to wait until 2024, it feels like it will be well worth the wait.

Brady will join fellow former players Greg Olsen and Tony Romo, who have entered the broadcasting ranks in the last few years.

His playing career didn’t necessarily end how many expected, but Brady’s legacy to the game of football will not soon be forgotten, and his records will not soon be broken either.
