The start of the 2023 NFL Draft is only a few days away, with all 32 teams in the league preparing for the annual event and deciding what young players coming out of college are right for their franchise moving forward.
One player that has gotten a lot of buzz lately is arguably the best running back in the draft in Bijan Robinson, out of the University of Texas.
Although all the attention heading towards the draft surrounds the quarterbacks that will be taken in the first round, Robinson could be the first running back off the board, with a few teams expressing interest in using a first-round pick on the 21-year-old. old.
On the Jim Rome Show, Robinson made his case for a team to select him in the first round of Thursday’s draft.

Two notable teams that are rumored to be showing considerable interest in Robinson are both in the NFC East division, as the Dallas Cowboys could try to trade up in the first round from No. 26, and the Philadelphia Eagles could roll the dice on him at No. 10 or later in the first round at No. 30 if he fails.
Although the running back position has been devalued in the NFL over the last few years, interest in Robinson seems legitimate as he could very well get selected at some point during the first round on Thursday night.
Another team that could try to bring in Robinson is the Los Angeles Chargers, who could be on the verge of parting ways with Austin Ekeler.
Robinson has no shortage of interested parties, meaning the first round could be interesting for the former Longhorns star.
