Over the years, the Las Vegas Raiders have made countless questionable decisions.
The Jon Gruden era was just a series of terrible decisions one after another, from bad decisions in the NFL Draft to terrible asset management to even worse trades.
That’s why they can’t afford to do the same now.
With that in mind, James Jones, via The Carton Show, urged the team to exhaust all avenues and find a way to get Josh Jacobs paid, citing that he is their only chance to win a few games and get to the playoffs.
“The Las Vegas Raiders have to find a way to get Josh Jacobs into that building if they want to have a chance to make the playoffs and win some football games.”

In truth, Jacobs may well be the most underrated running back in the league.
It seems like everyone except the Raiders realizes how special and consistent he is, and he’s also been extremely durable for someone playing that position.
Jacobs has always asserted his desire to stay and play for the Raiders organization throughout his career, but it seems the team has been hesitant to make that kind of commitment.
He was on the trade block to start last season, and new head coach Josh McDaniels even showcased him with a heavy workload in the preseason, but they ultimately decided to hold on to him.
Now, they need to make sure the relationship lasts many years to come, especially with all of the questions surrounding the quarterback position, and given how much quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has historically relied on the running game to move the chains. .
