The Indianapolis Colts experienced a whirlwind of a 2022 season.
They fired their head coach, Frank Reich, handing the reigns over to Jeff Saturday, who had zero prior coaching experience.
As a result of this turmoil within the organization, the Colts finished the season with a 4-12-1 record.
The team will look to turn things around in 2023, as they have hired Shane Steichen as their head coach, and have continued to make supplementary moves.

Recently, the Colts added a new receiving weapon to their offense.
They have signed Malik Turner, a wide receiver who spent the 2022 season on the practice squad of three different teams.
Turner did play in 20 games for the Dallas Cowboys between 2020 and 2021, where he was able to rack up 12 receptions for 149 yards and three touchdowns.
Before his time in Dallas, Turner started three games for the Seattle Seahawks in 2019, and, although he wasn’t used much in their passing game, he did have 245 yards on 15 receptions.
Will Steichen and his staff be able to utilize Turner’s abilities, making him an every-week starter for the Colts?
Currently, Michael Pittman Jr. is the Colts’ number-one receiver.
After that, they have a free-for-all of sorts, which could be great news for Turner.
The Colts will experience a near-complete reset this season, given a new coach, quarterback, and offensive scheme.
Turner doesn’t have any tenure with the Colts, but he could be a part of their game plan moving forward.
Will Steichen be able to pull the Colts out of their slump, leading them to a record above .500?
