The story of Monday evening was the situation regarding Damar Hamlin during the Cincinnati Bengals-Buffalo Bills game.

Hamlin collapsed on the field and had to receive CPR, forcing the NFL to postpone the game as everybody shifted their focus to the health of Hamlin.

An immediate outpouring of support came from sports stars, media personalities, and fans across the country.

As the NBA slate started to wind down, players were made aware of the developing situation in the Monday Night Football game.

Stars such as LeBron James, Chris Paul, and Trae Young were quick to offer prayers and wishes to Hamlin, his family, and everyone involved in the situation.

Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell, who made headlines with a monster 71-point night, stepped up to the podium and offered nothing but well wishes to Hamlin.

“I wish him and his family, we’re praying for him…From the Cavaliers organization, we want to wish the best and pray everything goes well.”

Right after the game ended, Mitchell made sure to offer prayers to Hamlin and his family, which came on the heels of a career-best and historic performance from Mitchell.

The Bills-Bengals game had only just begun, but the NFL, players, and coaches decided to postpone the game and wait for more updates regarding Hamlin.

On Tuesday, more support kept coming for Hamlin, and Bills and Bengals fans were at the hospital last night hoping for the best.

Even after a 71-point outing in a thrilling win, Mitchell made sure to offer up prayers and support for Hamlin.
