The Buffalo Bills are entering the 2023 offseason with an uncomfortable situation on their hands.
Wide receiver Stefon Diggs is reportedly unhappy with his role on the team.
Over the past few seasons, the Bills have been one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl.
Yet, they have not even gotten to the big game.
That is because they came up short in the playoffs with losses in the AFC Championship and Divisional round in back-to-back years.
After their 27-10 loss to the Bengals last postseason, Diggs was visibly frustrated.
According to Senior NFL writer Ben Volin via Dov Kleiman, Diggs is frustrated with his role in the offense and his input in play-calling.

Kleiman also mentioned how Diggs “stormed out of the locker room” after their postseason loss.
Diggs also did not attend any workouts this offseason as he has not gotten over the playoff loss.
It is odd to see him want a larger role in playcalling.
We usually hear that from quarterbacks but not wide receivers.
Diggs has been nothing short of sensational since joining the Bills before the 2020 season.
But still allowing him to have an influence on play-calling does not make sense.
The question remains how the Bills and Diggs will repair this issue.
Some noise has been floated around that the Bills could look to trade Diggs.
But they are a win-now team and that will only hurt their chances of competing for a Super Bowl.
They must hope that Allen and Diggs can get back on the same page and have another successful season.
