The Buffalo Bills were already under a lot of pressure, and that may just have doubled now.
Josh Allen was officially chosen to be on the next cover of the Madden NFL video game, which obviously cements his status as one of the biggest superstars in the league.
Allen took to Twitter to express his gratitude after having yet another of his childhood dreams come true, but with great power also comes great responsibility.
A childhood dream come true 🙏

Allen has been an MVP candidate for the past couple of years, and while his play has been more than stellar, he’s failed to live up to that and win the award.
More importantly, it always seems like the Bills are one big play away from reaching their goal, and the AFC East just got a lot better with Aaron Rodgers joining the New York Jets.
Some fear the Bills’ title window might close right before their eyes, as high-salary teams are only sustainable for so long, and the team might need to make some tough decisions if they don’t get the job done this season.
Allen will look to replicate what Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes did to get past the so-called Madden curse, taking his team the distance to help them win their very first Super Bowl in franchise history.
Once again, that’ll be easier said than done, but this should be more than enough motivation to learn from his past mistakes and get his ever-struggling team over the hump once and for all.
