After losing in the AFC Championship Game almost two months ago, the Cincinnati Bengals haven’t exactly stood pat this offseason.
They made a big splash by adding star left tackle Orlando Brown, a four-time Pro Bowler, as well as safety Nick Scott, formerly of the Los Angeles Rams.
The Bengals are also reportedly looking to shake things up again by adding running back Ezekiel Elliott, who was recently released by the Dallas Cowboys.
The Bengals could be “looming large” in the market for Ezekiel Elliott 👀

Elliott was one of the NFL’s best backs just a few years ago, and although his efficiency has fallen since, he could make a nice tag team duo with Joe Mixon should he decide to head to Cincinnati.
He has said that he wants to sign with either the Bengals, New York Jets or the Philadelphia Eagles.
The former Cowboy put up 876 yards and scored 12 touchdowns this past season, but his 3.8 yards per carry were the lowest of his seven-year career.
As recently as 2019, Elliott recorded 1,357 yards, 14 total touchdowns and 4.5 yards per rush attempt.
Dallas has apparently made the decision to move forward with Tony Pollard as its main running back, and he did well in 2022, putting up 1,007 rushing yards and 12 total touchdowns, which got him to his first Pro Bowl.
The Bengals were just 29th in rushing yards last season as Mixon went from 1,205 rushing yards to 814 yards, and an upgrade in the backfield could make life easier for superstar quarterback Joe Burrow.
They’re hoping that next season is the season they finally win their first Super Bowl after getting there three times and losing in the past.
