The New York Jets have been in the market for a new quarterback.
They tried to go after Derek Carr before he signed with the New Orleans Saints.
Now, they have their sites set on an NFL Legend.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is expected to be available for trade if he wants to continue playing.
Rodgers and the Jets have already met to discuss possibly teaming up next season.
But, it will be up to Rodgers to decide where he wants to play in 2023.
If he agrees to go to the Jets, both sides will try and work out a deal.
If not, he can choose to retire.
But, it seems like the Packers are more than willing to move off Rodgers and turn their franchise over to Jordan Love.
Rodgers recently spoke with former NFL player Brandon Marshall and he said his decision will come soon.
Aaron Rodgers…to the New York Jets?! 👀👀👀

Many fans are frustrated with how long it has taken Rodgers to make a decision.
Just like “I don’t want to drag this thing out” lol

He has been waiting to make his decision since his season ended back in January.
He’ll get you an answer sometime before June…maybe July. Idk depends on the vibes.

Jets fans are hoping that Rodgers can be the answer to all of their problems.
He will be entering his age-40 season, but the Jets fanbase still expects MVP-caliber play.
Like I’ve been saying he loves the attention and he’s going to wait until the last minute while holding the Jets and their fans hostage. He better win if he comes here.

As this offseason has played out, many teams are now out of the Rodgers sweepstakes.
So, it seems likely that his only options are the Jets, Packers, or retirement.
Frankly, he doesn’t have a whole lot of options at this point.

It will be very interesting to see what the former four-time MVP decides to do.
