As Week 8 of the NFL season comes to close on Halloween night, the league continues to round into form.
Some of these teams kept their playoff hopes alive with a win.
While others took over the lead in their division.
There was plenty of movement in the standings this week.
But, these three teams came away as big winners on Sunday.
1. Dallas Cowboys
Facing the Chicago Bears at home before their bye week could have been a trap game for Dallas.
But, they came out on fire and hammered the Bears.
Scoring touchdowns on all of their first four drives, the Cowboys jumped out to an early 28-7 lead.
Despite allowing the Bears back into the game in the second half, the Cowboys closed strong to win 49-29.
Running back Tony Pollard was the star of the game, scoring three touchdowns in a game where Ezekiel Elliott did not play.

This was an offensive clinic by Dallas as Dak Prescott looked like his old self in his second game back.
The Cowboys now head into their bye week at 6-2 and look like one of the top teams in football.
2. San Francisco 49ers
The three certainties in life should be death, taxes, and the 49ers beating the Rams in the regular season.
San Francisco extended their regular season win streak over the Rams to eight games with the 31-14 win.
This week happened to be the Christian McCaffrey show.
In his second game with the Niners, the star running back accounted for three touchdowns.
San Francisco now sits one game back in the NFC West standings, trailing only the Seattle Seahawks.
3. Atlanta Falcons
In one of the best games on Sunday, the Falcons and Panthers battled for first place in the NFC South.
The game was tied 34-34 entering overtime as the Panthers tied the game on a Hail Mary with 12 seconds left.
Atlanta eventually prevailed in overtime after kicking a game-winning field goal to win the game, 37-34.
With the win, the Falcons improved to 4-4 on the year and took over sole possession of first place in the South.
