The 2022 NFL season is probably over for some teams as the NFL playoff season is quickly approaching.
However, teams that have no hope of making the playoffs should start planning for 2023.
So which three NFL teams need to plan for next season, as they have no chance of making the NFL playoffs?
3.Pittsburgh Steelers
The Pittsburgh Steelers are having major offensive issues.
While the team has won three games this season, there’s no way for them to make the playoffs.
With them having lackluster play from their quarterbacks, they should look toward 2023.
Using this season to develop their rookie players will help them as they look toward 2023.
2.Detroit Lions
After winning two consecutive games, fans of the Detroit Lions are full of false hope.

However, the chances of any team with only three wins after Week 10 reaching the playoffs are extremely slim.
While fans are now believing in 2022 for the Lions, they need to look toward 2023.
They have two high value first-round draft picks, thanks to their record and that of the Los Angeles Rams.
If the Lions want to truly rebuild for success, they should look toward 2023.
1. Houston Texans
Currently, the Houston Texans have the worst record in the NFL.
With them needing a full rebuild, and have no hope for a playoff spot, it’s all about 2023 for them.
They have plenty of draft picks, thanks to trades they made this year.
While their 2022 is pretty much over, the rebuild for the Texans starts with a solid draft in 2023.
