In the 2022 season, Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill looked to be in decline, and some have felt that they should move on from him.
He will be 35 years old when the next season starts, and it has been a couple of years since he had a strong season.
Titans general manager Ran Carthon recently stated said that Tannehill will continue to be a Titan and that he and the QB will have to simply come to terms on a new contract.

Tannehill put up just 2,536 yards and 13 touchdown passes this past season, even though he had a decent passer rating of 94.6.
He was benched in the second half of Tennessee’s Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills, and an ankle injury later caused him to miss five games.
It was a disappointing season for the Titans, who thought to have a shot at the AFC South title coming into the 2022 campaign.
Instead, they went 7-10, as their passing offense was one of the worst in the NFL.
It was just a few years ago during the 2019 season when Tannehill had a career year right after coming to Tennessee, as he led the league with a 117.5 passer rating and led the team to the AFC Championship Game while being voted to the Pro Bowl.
But the Titans will need to find a way to get him a weapon or two at wide receiver, as AJ Brown is long gone and their most productive wideout was Robert Woods, who had a pedestrian 527 yards.
Woods was recently released by the team.
