The National League Central has been one of the worst divisions in MLB this year.
There is no dominant team in the division and everyone is mixed.
The fact that each team is average is what makes the division so competitive.
Milwaukee currently sits in first place with a 41-37 record, with the surprising Cincinnati Reds just 0.5 games behind at 41-38.
However, the team that arguably has the best roster is the St. Louis Cardinals, who are in last place at 32-45.
Anyone can guess which team will clinch this division with more than half the season to play.
According to MLB Picks, the Brewers are the favorites to win the Central.
It’s a close race in the National League Central, but only one team can win. Who will it be?

Milwaukee has been steady all season, but they lack star power.
The Reds are the team that everyone talks about because of their roster of young players.
Cincinnati has called up a lot of its top prospects this year.
Each one is contributing in an important way.
Most notable are Elly De La Cruz, Matt McLain, and Andrew Abbott.
De La Cruz and McLain have been dominant with their bats, while Abbott continues to stifle hitters on the mound.
They are a serious threat to the NL Central and a team not to be taken lightly.
It would also be foolish to write off the Cardinals with so much time left in the season.
They have a strong lineup filled with All-Stars, but they don’t get the starting pitching many hoped for.
It seems likely that they will be able to play in the Central race again, since there is still more than half of the season left.
