The Miami Marlins have been one of the most impressive teams in baseball this season.
Nobody expected them to be as good as they have been.

They have a 48-34 record and have put themselves in a great spot to make the playoffs.

It’s shocking to see this Marlins team playing so well.
They have a decent roster, but nothing that would make them a playoff contender.
However, the addition of Luis Arraez to their roster has taken them to a new level.
He is the best pure hitter in baseball and is making history by hitting .400 on the season.
Additionally, Arraez leads baseball in on-base percentage, which has been a huge boost for the Fish.
It’s worth mentioning that their new manager, Skip Schumaker, should play a part in their success.
He has to be on the shortlist for the Manager of the Year award.
Schumaker is a former player and is getting the best out of his squad.
Many fans are waiting for the Marlins to return to Earth and go on a long losing streak.
But, that doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon.
This team is real and they have a real shot at making the playoffs.
It will be interesting to see if they are buyers at the trade deadline and what moves they can make to improve their roster.
