Spring training is one of the happiest times of the year for players.
They know they have a commitment to themselves and their teammates to get ready for the long season, but it’s also a space in which relaxing a bit is allowed.
Joking around, sharing funny moments, and building team chemistry is also part of the deal.
The Seattle Mariners recently sent some of their major league stars on a fun run to get some food for the team.
Catcher Cal Raleigh, pitcher Bryce Miller, shortstop JP Crawford, and infielder Ty France hopped on a little cart and drove around to get some burgers and fries.
The end result is a video, and it’s pure gold.
Can we get 150 burgers to-go, please?
We sent Ty, Cal, JP and Bryce to pick up In-N-Out in a golf cart… here’s how it went 🍔🍟 pic.twitter.com/3e2CXyHzlI

They were constantly joking with each other and with the nice people at In-N-Out over the size of the order and other things, like their places of origin.
At the end, they took 150 burgers and 60 servings of fries back to camp.
“Some people are on a diet,” they hilariously said.
It was a nice move by the Mariners to have some of their best players occupying some camera time and showing their fun personalities.
Fans surely love to see their favorite players in regular, normal environments.
They want to get to know them and their sense of humor.
It was a funny video and a good move by the Mariners’ PR department.
The team is one of the most exciting up-and-coming forces in the American League and are ready to challenge the Houston Astros for the AL West title.
