The Miami Dolphins have a tough decision to make on their starting quarterback.
Even though Tua Tagovailoa had a career year last season, the teams may still not be sold on him for the long-term.
Despite playing well when on the field, Tua was hurt far too often.
He suffered two serious concussions that cost him four games.
Also, he has yet to be healthy for a full season in his first three years.
According to CBS Sports reporter, Josina Anderson, the Dolphins will look at all options this offseason.
This could even include moving on from Tua, according to Anderson.
I’m told multiple people have been made aware within the #dolphins organization that the team will explore all options at quarterback, per league source–this as the decision continues to linger on a long-term deal and the 5th-year option on Tua Tagovailoa. pic.twitter.com/c6Os0hdL7h

Miami will have to take a long look at what Tua’s future may be in the NFL.
He has been injury prone, but a plethora of concussions could be career-threatening.
The Dolphins have to decide this offseason if they plan to pick up Tua’s fifth-year option.
Ideally, the Dolphins would like to see Tua stay healthy for a full season before committing to him long-term.
So that is why 2023 will be so important for him.
The best decision for the Dolphins would be to pick up his fifth-year option.
Declining it means he will be a free agent after next year, and if he plays well, he will be looking for a huge extension.
The Dolphins committed to building around Tagovailoa, that is why they went out and got Tyreek Hill.
But, if Tua does not show they he can consistently stay healthy, the Dolphins may have no choice but to move on.
