Fans know the 2022 season had plenty of issues for the Indianapolis Colts and their offense.

While they had games where they held leads, their offense could never keep applying pressure.

Because of this, the Colts ended the season with a 4-12-1 record.

With their offense having a bad season, the team is looking to replace their offensive coordinator.

The move has them requesting an interview with Tee Martin, the Baltimore Ravens wide receivers coach.

Martin has been a part of the Ravens coaching staff since 2021 and is a former NFL quarterback.

While he has no offensive coordinator experience in the NFL, he has this experience at the high school and collegiate levels.

His time with North Atlanta High School in 2008 saw him as their offensive coordinator.

However, it took until 2016 for him to reach the same position with a college team.

It was the USC Trojans who gave Martin his first offensive coordinator job at the collegiate level.

For three years, he worked with the team as their offensive coordinator and helped them reach two bowl games.

With his experience, the Colts are eyeing someone who has a resume of success.

If the Colts hire him, it will be the first time since 2018 that he’s coached an offensive unit.

While the time gap is concerning, the Colts feel he can help turn their team around.

With them already having a solid running back in Jonathan Taylor, getting Martin will help with their other offensive woes.

However, it will take time to see if the Colts can land him and if he can bring success back to Indianapolis.
