The Atlanta Braves remain one of the most impressive teams in baseball.

Every season they seem to be competitive and one of the favorites to win the National League.

They are one of the most aggressive teams during free agency and when making trades.

In recent offseasons, they acquired first baseman Matt Olson and catcher Sean Murphy.

Both have been key pieces in their lineup this season.

Not to mention, they have the favorite for the National League MVP in Ronald Acuña Jr.

This Braves team not only hits the ball well, they hit it far.

According to MLB Stats, the Braves have hit 17 home runs this year that have traveled more than 450 feet.

Statcast even has the data to back up the Braves’ impressive hitting.

Acuña leads the MLB in average home run distance at 434 feet.

Additionally, he ranks second in MLB in average exit velocity at 94.9 mph.

It’s not hard to see why he’s playing like one of the best this year.

Olson leads the National League in home runs with 25 and is tied with Shohei Ohtani for the MLB lead.

His average home run distance is an impressive 415 feet.

Opposing pitchers don’t have time to rest against this lineup.

Atlanta has seven hitters with 12 or more home runs this season.

No other team can say that.

The Braves average 5.56 runs per game, the most in the National League.

When they’re clicking at the plate, no pitching staff can slow them down.
