There seems to be a chance that the Denver Broncos look significantly different next season on offense in terms of personnel.

Two of their best wide receivers, Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton, are rumored to be on the trade block, and the New England Patriots are rumored to be a possible destination for Jeudy.

But new Broncos head coach Sean Payton said they will not be trading either Jeudy or Sutton.

Jeudy and Sutton are good wide receivers, but neither are considered elite, although Sutton did make the Pro Bowl in 2019.

Sutton had 829 yards and two touchdowns in 2022 while Jeudy collected 972 yards and six touchdowns.

Denver is coming off a disastrous 5-12 season in which it ranked last in points and scored fewer than 20 points in a whopping 11 games.

One factor was the absence of wideout Tim Patrick, who missed the entire season with a torn ACL.

But the biggest factor was the poor play of future Hall of Fame quarterback Russell Wilson, who was acquired last offseason in a blockbuster trade with the Seattle Seahawks.

Wilson had his worst season ever, completing just 60.5 percent of his passes and mustering only 16 touchdown passes while getting sacked 55 times, which led the NFL.

The Broncos are reportedly seeking a first-round draft pick for Jeudy, which may be too much in the eyes of other teams.

However, perhaps New England would be a good fit for him, as he was teammates with his QB, Mac Jones, while playing for the University of Alabama Crimson Tide.
