Tampa Bay Rays star Randy Arozarena is one of the key members of the Team Mexico roster in the World Baseball Classic.
He had a big game on Sunday night against Team USA, picking up two hits and driving in two runs.
His second hit of the game was an RBI double that extended Mexico’s lead to 8-2 in the top of the eighth inning, and when he got to second base, he had a unique celebration.
The Rays star and former postseason hero crossed his arms after reaching second base.
Mexico won 11-5, and after the game, Arozarena discussed his unique celebration.

Arozarena said that it was just his style of celebration and that he was happy to contribute to some key moments for Team Mexico.
He also says it’s his way of expressing the joy he feels about the opportunity to compete in such a legendary event.
However, he added that he wanted to make certain that he performed his celebration in front of the camera so that a memorable photo could be taken.
Arozarena went on to praise his teammates for their effort on Sunday in their win over Team USA, saying that he knew he was going to need some good luck against such a deep and talented ballclub.
He said the boots he wore to the game were a good luck charm for him.
Arozarena also talked about Joey Meneses and the huge game he had, expressing how proud he was of his teammate and discussing everything he brings to the table.
