Spring training is officially in full swing.
This past weekend, games began, which means that baseball is officially back and that we are inching closer and closer to Opening Day.
But you can bet that players are having a lot of fun being back in the swing of things.
It was a long offseason filled with a ton of drama in the free agent market and in terms of trades as well.
But the grand old game is finally back.
On Twitter, MLB posted a collage of photos featuring some of the brightest stars in the game today, all with smiles on their faces as the season approaches.

It’s easy to be all smiles when baseball is taking place.
Baseball brings a calming presence and seemingly ignites the spring season, as the weather gets warmer.
But it’s not just the action on the field that gets people excited.
Sometimes, it’s what takes place off the field that draws people’s attention.
It’s always fun for fans to get a chance to have autographs signed by their favorite players.
One photo in the collage features Juan Soto signing baseballs for young fans who were eager to meet the superstar.
But regardless of what aspect of baseball brings joy to certain fans, it’s always good to have the grand old game back for another season.
This time, we didn’t have to wait through a lockout.
Everything is starting on time, and things are about to get exciting as we move closer to the start of the season.
