The Baltimore Orioles learned some tough news on Tuesday when it was announced that right-hander Kyle Bradish would be placed on the 15-day injured list.

Bradish is dealing with a right foot contusion.

Fortunately, the Orioles have a replacement ready, and it’s one that fans have been looking forward to seeing for quite some time.

Top pitching prospect Grayson Rodriguez has been called up and will draw the start on Wednesday against the Texas Rangers.

Rodriguez is highly touted and is somebody that the Orioles are very high on.

On Twitter, the Orioles posted a must-see hype video to get fans ready for Rodriguez’s long-awaited MLB debut.

The wait is officially over.

Rodriguez is set to make his highly anticipated MLB debut on Wednesday as the Orioles face off against the Rangers.

The youth movement is on in Baltimore.

Last season, Adley Rutschman was called up to the big leagues and found himself in conversation for the American League Rookie of the Year Award.

Late in the season, Gunnar Henderson was called up.

Henderson is now a key piece of the youth movement.

Now is Rodriguez’s time to shine.

The 23-year-old has impressed at the minor league level.

Last year, Rodriguez went 6-2 with a 2.62 ERA in 17 starts and 75.2 innings of work.

He also walked just 28 batters, struck out 109, and held opponents to a .176 batting average.

Rodriguez has made one start at Triple-A Norfolk this season.

In that start, he allowed two runs over four innings of work.
