The New York Jets continue to make moves to improve their roster.
Even though they don’t have a quarterback in place, the rest of their roster seems ready to go.
On Wednesday, the Jets made an interesting signing to bring in more offensive firepower.
New York agreed to a deal with former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman.
According to Jeremy Fowler, Hardman and the Jets agreed to a one-year deal.

Hardman is known for having elite speed and being able to stretch the field.
This is a fantastic signing. He had some injury troubles last season but that was not his normal. He is a burner. This will pay dividends.

This deal came as a surprise to many, especially after the Jets just signed Allen Lazard.
Now the Jets seem to have an overflow at wide receiver.
All these wrs for Zach Wilson 😂

All of these wide receivers could be effective next year if the Jets acquire Aaron Rodgers.
Rodgers has stated he wants to play for New York now it is up to the Packers and Jets to get a deal done.
They really gearing up for arod

But, right after this move was made, the Jets agreed to trade wide receiver Elijah Moore to the Cleveland Browns.
So that helps clear up some room for the newly signed Lazard and Hardman.
New York appears to be going all-in for the next season.
If they can land Rodgers there is no idea how long he intends to play.
So the Jets will have to push all their chips to the middle of the table while they have him.
Did Aaron Rodgers approve this?

With a loaded offense now in place, plenty of pressure will be on the Jets’ front office to land Rodgers.
Anything short of the future Hall-of-Famer will be a major disappointment.
