The Baltimore Ravens will have their hands full this offseason.
They are faced with one of the toughest decisions in what to do with quarterback Lamar Jackson.
Jackson has been awesome for the Ravens since they drafted him in 2018.
He won the NFL MVP in 2019 and has been named to two Pro Bowl teams.
What makes Jackson unique is his elite rushing ability.
He can do things running the ball that we have never seen before from a quarterback.
Jackson set the record for most rushing yards in a season by a QB with 1,206.
But, that dual-threat ability also has its downside.
That is Jackson has become more vulnerable to injuries.
He has missed five games in each of the past two seasons, and could not even play in the playoffs this past year.
Now with Jackson set to hit free agency, the Ravens must decide what to do.
The obvious answer is to pay him the money he deserves.
There are even a few players around the league that believe he should be the highest-paid quarterback.

Jackson has developed into a very good passer, which was a large part of his MVP season.
He threw for 36 touchdowns that year, which led the NFL.
It would be a massive mistake if the Ravens let Jackson go.
Trying to find someone that will replace him will be almost impossible.
As he gets older you can assume Jackson will run less often to take care of his body.
But, the threat of him taking off gives opposing defenses nightmares.
Jackson deserves to be paid as one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL and it will be interesting to see if the deal gets done.
