Folks, we made it!

After a long and cold winter, we can all finally rejoice, as baseball is back.

Today is the day that pitchers and catchers will report to spring training, which kicks off the excitement of a new MLB season.

2022 was a treat, but now we can finally shift our focus to the 2023 season.

And so, we celebrate the return of baseball, America’s favorite pastime.

The offseason was full of insanity and blockbuster moves in free agency and in trades.

Now, it’s time to see how those acquisitions will pay off for each team.

On Twitter, MLB writer John Denton made a post expressing excitement for the start of spring training.

It’s finally here.

Soon, the 2023 season will get underway, and this year, things will be a little bit different.

A pitch clock will be implemented, the shift will be restricted, and there will be larger bases.

But the most exciting change of them all can be seen on the schedule, as every team will play each other at least once, regardless of divisions, leagues, or geographical location.

It’ll be somewhat of a new experience for the game.

Regardless, it’s always a thrill to have baseball back, as it signals the arrival of the spring season.

The grass will be greener, and the sun will shine brighter.

Before we know it, Opening Day will be here, and each team will be enjoying their yearly traditions to kick off the new season.

It won’t be long, but for now, we can enjoy the start of spring training.
