Lakers add Gabe Vincent

Gabe Vincent’s performance in the playoffs with the Miami Heat has paid off in opening free agency. The base has signed a pact with the Los Angeles Lakers for three years and 33 million dollars, as reported by the journalist from the athleticShams Charania.

Vincent has offered his best version in the postseason taking advantage of the absence of Tyler Herro and Victor Oladipo in Miami. In 22 games he averaged 12.7 points, 3.5 assists and 37 percent shooting on three-pointers. He now brings his talent to his native California.

It’s a great deal for Vincent considering he didn’t make it to the NBA via Draft in 2018. In 2020 he signed a two way contract with Miami, but he barely accumulated a total of 24 games until 2022-2023. Later, at the close of the last regular round, he earned a starting position in the team of the coach Erik Spoelstra and posted 9.4 points, 2.5 assists and 2.1 rebounds in 22 games.
