Although for the moment none of the teams would be in a position to make an offer, neither can a sudden turn of events be ruled out. As for New Yorkers, what sets them apart from LaVine is the fact that they seem committed to building a winning team out of patience. Regarding those of Texas, they seem to be inclined to grit their teeth to keep in the list Kyrie Irving before going after LaVine; yes, if the first one flew far, another rooster would crow.
In any case, and beyond the fact that a team goes after LaVine, you have to count on the willingness to move him (or not) from the Chicago Bulls.
