The Sacramento Kings have offered a one-year, $3.2 million contract to Alex Len, according to a reporter from the athleticShams Charania.
After the withdrawals of center Richaun Holmes and power forward Chimezie Metu in free agency, the organization locks the Ukrainian center for the third consecutive season. Len has played 26 games in 2022-2023 in which he averaged 1.7 points and 1.4 rebounds in just 6.2 minutes.
In this way, Sacramento has extended a pact to another inmate for the next edition, since Harrison Barnes and Trey Lyles have agreed with the four positions. Also already secured were starters De’Aaron Fox, Kevin Huerter, Keegan Murray and Domantas Sabonis. The franchise is coming off its first playoff berth in the last 17 years.
For his part, Len accumulates 10 games of experience in the NBA in which he has represented the Phoenix Suns, Atlanta Hawks, Washington Wizards and Toronto Raptors.
