Halloween is here, which means it’s time to celebrate the dawn of fall.

Tonight is the night where children dress up in funny costumes and go around asking for candy while trick or treating.

The Cleveland Guardians appear to want in on the fun.

Not that they’ll be trick or treating, but they made some fun changes to their Twitter handle to celebrate Halloween, changing their logo to orange to resemble a pumpkin and changing their name from Guardians to “Gourdians,” creating a nice little play on words with gourds, which are common types of pumpkins used during Halloween by those who choose to decorate.

Happy Halloween, Baseball Fans!

You’re never too old to celebrate Halloween.

The Guardians, despite losing in the ALDS, had a season to remember and are doing their best to cap it off by celebrating one of the most famous holidays in the world.

You have to admire the effort they put in to celebrate this day, changing their name to “Gourdians” and editing their logo to make it look like a pumpkin with the Cleveland C carved into it.

The “Gourdians” are certainly going to have fun tonight while the world celebrates Halloween.

This is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween if you’re not going to be doing any trick or treating.

Fans should enjoy this while they can, because tomorrow, Halloween will be over and the “Gourdians” will be back to being the Guardians again.

For today though, the Guardians will be celebrating Halloween along with the rest of us.
