Miguel Cabrera is near the end of an impressive run.
The Detroit Tigers slugger has seen a little bit of everything during his career.
He came up to the big leagues with the Florida Marlins in 2003 and won a World Series title.
Fast forward 20 years and the slugger has won two MVP Awards, a Triple Crown, two Player of the Year Awards, four batting titles, and seven Silver Slugger Awards.
He has also earned 12 All-Star nods.
But all good things must come to an end, and Cabrera’s career has been nothing short of extraordinary.
On Twitter, MLB Network posted a graphic featuring all of the 39-year-old’s accomplishments through the years.

Cabrera is 24th on the all-time hits list with 3,088.
He picked up hit No. 3,000 in May of last season.
Over the course of his now 21-year career, he has hit for a .308 average, crushed a total of 507 home runs, driven in 1,847, and posted an OPS of .908.
This season will be the last go-around for Cabrera, and he will more than likely experience a similar farewell tour to that of Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina last season.
The 39-year-old has certainly enjoyed a legendary career and will experience yet another season of milestones.
He helped guide the Tigers to four straight American League Central division titles from 2011-14.
In 2012, the year he won the Triple Crown, he carried the Tigers to the World Series.
It’s been a fun ride, but Cabrera’s career is now winding down.
Tigers fans will want to see as much of him as possible this year.
