Former NFL Player Has A Message For Lamar Jackson

Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens continue to be all over the news.

The team has shown little-to-no respect for their starting quarterback.

But truth be told, they hold all the leverage in any negotiations, and it seems like they have him cornered right now.

Jackson has taken to Twitter to address nearly every single thing that has happened throughout the negotiations, and that might not be the wisest decision.

He’s representing himself throughout this whole process, and some believe this whole situation could’ve been avoided if he had just hired an agent.

With that in mind, former New England Patriots star Rob Ninkovich urged Jackson to stop talking about his PCL injury on Twitter.

Per Ninkovich, that’s precisely what every single team will try and hold against him in contract negotiations, as they have serious concerns about his durability because of his style of play.

It’s not a secret that Jackson puts his body on the line multiple times — and way more often than the average quarterback — in every single game.

It’s also a fact that he hasn’t been able to finish any of the past couples of seasons due to injuries, so owners and GMs have every right to be concerned about his health.

But Jackson is also a young superstar just entering his prime at 26 years old, and a guy that has put the Ravens on top of the division when healthy, so we can’t help but think that he’s being made an example of by team owners .
